La consultation a pour objet des travaux de construction de la station de pompage : Travaux d'étanchéité, aménagement paysagers, façades, menuiseries extérieur et pose de portails. Cette consultation relative à la relance du lot 8 (Clos et Couvert) fait suite à la nécessité de procéder à la résiliation simple du marché du lot 8 de la précédente consultation pour faute. Au regard des délais contraints de réalisation des travaux devant se dérouler avant fin août 2024 (incluant les délais de commande des matériaux spécifiques), le délai de remise des offres de cette consultation est réduit à 15 jours, conformément aux dispositions de l'article R2161-3 alinéa 3 du CCP selon lequel « Le délai minimal fixé à l'article R2161-2 peut être ramené (...) à quinze jours lorsqu'une situation d'urgence, dûment justifiée, rend le délai minimal impossible à respecter. » La présente consultation n'est pas allotie.
