Il s'agit d'une relance à la suite d'un marché déclaré infructueux. Pour le lot 1, il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum qui est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Pour les lots 2 et 3, il s'agit de marchés ordinaires. Le lot 2 est lui décomposé en 2 phases. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires pour les deux lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le calendrier prévisionnel d'exécution des prestations est indiqué dans les pièces du marché. L'accord-cadre et les marchés sont conclus à compter de la date de notification.
