France – Prestations de services pour la collectivité – Mandat de gestion Technique, administrative et financière De Quatorze (14) Zones d’Activités Économiques (ZAE) de l’Agglomération Cap Excellence

This tender concerns the appointment of a service provider to manage the technical, administrative and financial operations of fourteen economic activity zones (ZAE) in the Cap Excellence agglomeration. The successful bidder will be responsible for comprehensive zone management including maintenance, governance and financial oversight.

Suppliers must demonstrate expertise in managing economic zones, strong financial management capabilities, and experience with administrative operations at scale. Technical competence in infrastructure maintenance and proven ability to serve multiple sites simultaneously are essential.

Established facility management or economic development service companies with demonstrated experience managing multiple business parks or economic zones, preferably at regional or inter-municipal level.

The buyer is Communauté d'agglomération CAP Excellence.
