Pour le lot 1, l'objet principal du contrat est : - La création ou le renouvellement de compteurs d'eau froide sanitaire et d'eau chaude sanitaire ; - L'entretien des compteurs d'eau froide sanitaire et d'eau chaude sanitaire ; - La conception, la mise en oeuvre et la maintenance d'un système de télérelève ; - La fourniture et la pose de DAAF ; - La mise à disposition d'un portail Gestionnaire et d'un portail Locataire ; - Le relevé des consommations eau froide, eau chaude (via des Echanges de Données Informatiques qui pourront être annuels, semestriels, trimestriels ou mensuels) ; - Une note d'information par locataire de sa consommation de chaleur, d'eau froide et d'eau chaude relatif au décret n° 2020-886 du 20 juillet 2020 (elle devra être transmise mensuellement au locataire) et l'arrêté du 24 juillet 2020, qui précise la périodicité et le contenu des informations à transmettre aux locataires concernant leur consommation d'eau chaude sanitaire.
