Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux d’Aménagement d’un espace de laboratoire pour les mesures de propriétés barrières et s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’Opération Au3Ra. C’est un projet de création d’une plateforme de moyens multi-sites, multi-partenaires, dont le CTP, pour favoriser et accompagner les entreprises dans l’approche « 3R » (Réduire, Réemployer, Recycler) ayant pour objectif d’augmenter la durabilité et la circularité des emballages en Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Il s’agit d’un projet dit d’« investissement ». La Plateforme AU3RA est co-financée par le FEDER en région Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. Ce financement devrait permettre à chacune des Parties d’investir dans les moyens matériels et immatériels permettant de construire la Plateforme AU3RA
