Les prestations objets de la présente consultation portent sur l'entretien, le rinçage, le dégorgement des colonnes et collecteurs d'eaux usées et d'eaux vannes jusqu'à l'égout public concernant le patrimoine indiqué dans la liste jointe au C.C.T.P.. S'agissant d'un contrat d'entretien complet, une garantie de vacuité avec engagement d'intervention 24h/24 et 7 jours sur 7 est exigée dès la notification du marché et ce jusqu'à échéance du marché Ce dernier concerne également des prestations accessoires qui sont détaillées dans le bordereau de prix unitaires. Le marché fait l'objet de deux types de prestations : - Des prestations d'entretien complet des colonnes eaux usées et eaux vannes définies dans le C.C.T.P. dont le montant est fixé en application d'un prix unitaire au logement indiqué dans l'acte d'engagement multiplié par le nombre de logement pour chacun des lots. o Des prestations accessoires pour des interventions demandées par le CLIENT traitées en application des prix tels que spécifiés dans le bordereau de prix unitaires sans montant minimum avec un maximum de 800 000 euro(s) HT par lot sur la durée totale du marché
