La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution de contrats d'assurance pour le compte de Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération. La présente consultation est lancée sous forme d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. La consultation est divisée en 5 lots : Le marché est à prix unitaire et révisable. La rémunération des prestations est calculée par application du taux de prime net hors taxe exprimé en euro. La durée du marché est fixée à cinq (5) ans à compter du 1er janvier 2027 ou à compter de sa date de notification au titulaire si celle-ci intervient à une date ultérieure. Le montant du marché pour chaque lot est donné pour sa durée totale et à titre purement indicatif
