Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de nettoyage des locaux et des surfaces vitrées des bâtiments communaux. Chaque lot fait l'objet d'un accord-cadre « composite » conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande : • Lot n°1 : nettoyage des bâtiments communaux : La part forfaitaire concerne le nettoyage des bâtiments communaux dont le montant estimatif annuel est de 400 000 € HT soit 1 600 000 € HT pour toute la durée du marché. La part à bons de commande permettra la réalisation de prestations exceptionnelles à la demande, sans montant minimum et dont le montant maximum annuel est de 10 000 € HT, soit 40 000 € HT sur toute la durée du marché. • Lot n°2 : vitrerie des bâtiments communaux : La part forfaitaire concerne le nettoyage des vitres des bâtiments communaux dont le montant estimatif annuel est de 35 000 € HT soit 140 000 € HT pour toute la durée du marché. La part à bons de commande permettra la réalisation de prestations exceptionnelles à la demande, sans montant minimum et dont le montant maximum annuel est de 5 000 € HT, soit 20 000 € HT sur toute la durée du marché.
