Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L411-4 et L411-5 du CCH, les OPH peuvent librement louer à titre précaire les aires de stationnements vacantes dont ils disposent. L'autorité concédante, Paris Habitat confie au concessionnaire, qui intervient en tant qu'intermédiaire, notamment les missions suivantes : - Le référencement des parkings concernés sur une plateforme électronique - L'installation, la gestion et la maintenance d'infrastructure de recharges électriques - La diffusion des offres de stationnement et l'acquisition de clients - La contractualisation et la gestion des stationnements - Les services aux usagers, la facturation et l'encaissement auprès des usagers du Concessionnaire. Le lancement de la présente consultation fait suite à la déclaration d'infructuosité du lot 2 de la procédure n° 2025-1116 (annonce JOUE n° 403315-2025 et marchés online AO-2527-1020). En effet, cette précédente procédure a été déclarée infructueuse par une décision de la commission d'appels d'offres en date du 23/09/2025. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 lots. Chaque lot donnera lieu à l'établissement d'un contrat de concession distinct. Pour chaque lot, le contrat est conclu pour une durée ferme de cinq ans. La valeur estimée de chaque lot est mentionnée dans le RC et dans le contrat de concession (commun aux 4 lots)
