Le présent marché a pour objet de : - Confier à une société de service les prestations permettant d'assurer le maintien de la propreté et le nettoyage des parties communes d'immeubles d'habitation des structures appartenant à Reims habitat. - Définir les conditions suivant lesquelles elles sont exécutées. Sont également prévues : - La pré-collecte des ordures ménagères depuis leurs lieux de stockage intérieur jusqu'aux lieux de stockage extérieur prédéfinis par les services publics afin de pouvoir procéder à l'enlèvement des ordures ménagères. - L'enlèvement des objets volumineux divers. - Le décapage à réaliser la 1ère et la 3ème année du marché. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et ou de travaux. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Pour le lot n°03 : DPGF+BPU Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
