L'opération de réaménagement des quais de Vilaine, de la Place de la République et des abords du Palais du Commerce, porté par Rennes Métropole et la Ville de Rennes, prévoit les aménagements suivants : - La déconstruction du parking, - Le renforcement et la rénovation de la dalle République, - La mise en place d'aménagements sur la Vilaine, - L'installation d'une passerelle piétonne de franchissement de la Vilaine, - Le réaménagement de la place de la République - Le réaménagement des abords du Palais du Commerce et notamment la rue du Pré Botté - Le réaménagement complet des quais Nord (Duguay-Trouin, Lamartine, Chateaubriand) - Le réaménagement ponctuel des quais Sud (Lamenais, Émile Zola). Les travaux concernés par la présente consultation s'inscrivent dans le marché « Aménagement des espaces publics », dont certains seront lancés dans un calendrier différé. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires
