Le présent marché a pour objet la collecte en porte-à-porte des déchets ménagers et assimilés (OMR, tri et déchets verts) du secteur Grand Sud de Troyes Champagne Métropole. En application de l’articles L2113-10 Code de la commande publique, la présente consultation est allotie comme suit : -Lot n°1 : Collecte secteur Nord (M2023-043) -Lot n°2 : Collecte secteur Grand Sud -Lot n°3 : Collecte secteur EST (M2025-060) -Lot n°4 : Collecte secteur OUEST (M2022-066). La présente consultation concerne uniquement le lot n°2. Les lots n° 1,3 et 4 ont déjà fait l’objet d’une consultation et ont déjà été attribué. Leur renouvellement fera l’objet d’une consultation distincte et spécifique. Le présent marché public de services sera conclu sous la forme d’un marché ordinaire et sera traité à prix global et forfaitaire conformément à l’article D1 de l’AE. La durée de validité du marché court de la notification du marché jusqu’au 12 septembre 2032. L’exécution du présent marché débutera à compter de la notification s’agissant de la reprise de personnel ainsi que la distribution d’éléments de communication et, à compter du 14 septembre 2026 s’agissant des prestations pures de collecte. Les délais d’exécution sont fixés au sein du CCTP.
