Le marché est composé de deux lots. Le 1er est d'une durée de 27 mois et il est plafonné à 300 000 € H.T pour la durée totale du lot. Le 2ème est d'une durée de 12 mois et il est plafonnée à 30 000 € H.T pour la durée totale du lot.

Puffin des Baléares Les prestations attendues sont explicitées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Conformément à l’article R. 2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique, le lot n°2, dont le montant estimé est inférieur à 80 000 € H.T et dont le total ne dépasse pas 20% de la valeur estimée du marché, est passé selon une procédure adaptée (MAPA). Ce lot n°2 pourra faire l’objet d’une négociation (se reporter à l'article 5.4 du Règlement de Consultation).
