Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation d’études et l’assistance pour les sites et sols pollués. L'acheteur public est la Centrale d'achat de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims. La Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims est désignée en qualité de gestionnaire de la Centrale d’achat. Les services objets du présent accord-cadre répondent aux besoins des pouvoirs adjudicateurs suivants : - Besoins actuels de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims et de la Ville de Reims ; - Besoins éventuels des autres adhérents à la Centrale d’achat. Le présent accord-cadre est établi pour une durée de quarante-huit (48) mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il est résiliable annuellement à la date anniversaire de la notification par décision de la centrale d’achat notifiée au titulaire par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception deux (2) mois avant l’échéance de la période en cours. Cette dénonciation n’ouvre droit à aucune indemnité au titulaire. Seule la centrale d’achat est habilitée à procéder à la résiliation de l’accord-cadre.
