Le système date de la construction du bâtiment et ne répond plus aux directives actuelles d’économie d’énergie visant à réduire l’empreinte carbone du bâtiment. En effet, le décret BACS (Building Automation & Control Systems) impose l’installation de systèmes d’automatisation et de contrôle dans les bâtiments tertiaires.
