This framework agreement concerns the provision of professional support services to assist French social security organisations in conducting risk assessments (DUERP). The service includes guidance and expertise to help these public bodies identify, evaluate, and document workplace hazards and occupational risks in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Suppliers must have demonstrated expertise in occupational risk assessment methodologies, knowledge of French social security sector regulations, and experience supporting large public organisations. Professional qualifications in health and safety or risk management are expected.

Companies with specialisation in occupational health and safety consulting, risk assessment services, or workplace safety management should bid. Experience in the public sector and familiarity with French social security organisations is advantageous.

The buyer is UCANSS (Union des Caisses Nationales de Securite sociale).
