La prestation demandée comprendra la réalisation des différentes pièces règlementaires du PLUI con-formément aux dispositions du code de l’urbanisme, hormis le Projet d’Aménagement et de Développe-ment Durable, réalisé par l’Adeupa-Agence d’urbanisme du pays de Brest. Le bureau d’études aura également pour mission la préparation des supports des différentes réunions et l’animation de certaines d’entre elles et notamment les conseils communautaires, le comité de pilotage (COPIL), les groupes de travail thématiques, … ainsi que le suivi administratif en lien avec les services de la CLCL.
