Les bâtiments sont répartis en Prestations forfaitaires avec intéressement (PFI) ou Prestations forfaitaires (PF) (selon détail dans la DPGF 2026 05). Le marché inclut les prestations P2 et P3 pour tous les bâtiments. La prestation P2 englobe la conduite, maintenance, entretien et suivi de l'installations de chauffage, d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement d'eau, de climatisation et de ventilation. La prestation P3 concerne le gros entretien et le renouvellement d'installations de chauffage, d'eau chaude sanitaire, de traitement d'eau, de climatisation et de ventilation. Il sera conclu pour une durée ferme de 3 ans à compter du 01 octobre 2026, ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci intervient ultérieurement.
