La présente consultation concerne la fourniture et livraison de rolls à cartons, la fourniture et livraison de composteurs individuels de jardin pour la dotation aux particuliers en maison avec jardin, la fourniture et livraison de lombricomposteurs pour les habitants en appartement sans jardin, l'acquisition de composteurs partagés qui seront installés en bas d'immeubles, la fourniture de composteurs rotatifs afin d'équiper les petites résidences collectives qui non pas la place pour mettre un composteur partagé, et la prestation d'accompagnement et développement des sites de compostages partagés en pied d'immeubles avec la mise en place de nouveaux sites et la maintenance des sites existants.
