La consultation porte sur la réalisation de prestations d'entretien, de ravalement, de réfection et de réparation des façades extérieures ainsi que les prestations d'isolation thermique par l'extérieur sur le patrimoine de la SACOGIVA L'accord-cadre sans minimum ni maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le présent marché est conclu pour une durée de 1 an (12 mois) à compter de la notification du marché, reconductible 3 fois pour une durée d’un an. La durée totale du marché ne pourra donc pas dépasser 4 ans (48 mois).
