This tender concerns a public service delegation for creating a geothermal network and managing the production, distribution and delivery of heat energy on the territory of Kremlin-Bicêtre commune. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, constructing and operating the geothermal infrastructure to supply heating to the local area.

Bidders must demonstrate technical and financial capacity to design, construct and operate a geothermal heat network. Experience in renewable energy projects, district heating systems, and public service concessions is essential. Compliance with French environmental and energy regulations is required.
