Fourniture de produits chimique pour le traitement des eaux usées et le traitement de l'eau potable. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le marché conclu englobe non seulement les articles nommément désignés au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires, mais également à titre exceptionnel l'ensemble des produits, des articles, des pièces détachées et des accessoires divers de même catégorie nécessaires à l'exploitation des installations gérées par le SMDEA. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour un an à compter de la date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconductible 3 fois par période d'un an. Les montants de chaque lot seront identiques pour chaque période de reconduction
