Ce projet consiste en la création d’un écopont sur l’autoroute A28, aux alentours du PR123, sur la commune de Sainte-Jamme-sur-Sarthe. L’ouvrage, franchissant une autoroute à 2x2 voies, sera d’une largeur utile de 25 mètres et comprendra des aménagements de génie écologique dans le but de recréer un milieu naturel et sécurisant pour inciter les animaux à emprunter l’écopont. Les prestations objet du marché concernent les missions de maîtrise d’œuvre principale en phase conception et en phase réalisation, d’obtention d’autorisations administratives et d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage. La mission de maîtrise d’œuvre comprend notamment, au sens de la loi MOP et de ses textes d’applications : APRO, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR, SYN, GPA.
