Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet des prestations d’assistance fonctionnelle et de réalisation d’opérations comptables diverses sur l’outil informatique de CentraleSupélec SIFAC jusqu’à l’établissement du compte financier 2026 puis sur son évolution SIFAC + à compter de l’ouverture de l’exercice 2027 (calendrier prévisionnel). La migration est rendue obligatoire par l’éditeur SAP avec le passage à la version S4/HANA et l’arrêt du support de la version antérieure. Le passage à SIFAC+ s’accompagne d’un fonctionnement en « mode services », c.a.d que l’AMUE hébergera SIFAC+ et se chargera des mises à jour technique et de celles des référentiels partagés.
