France – Services de conseil et de consultation en ingénierie – Mission d’assistance technique relative aux ouvrages d’art et aux structures de génie civil en vue de la fin de plusieurs concessions d’autoroutes

This tender concerns technical assistance services for civil engineering structures and highway infrastructure assets during the end-of-concession phase for multiple French motorway operators (ASF, APRR, AREA). The consulting mission will support the Road Mobility Directorate in assessing and managing major infrastructure works as concession agreements expire.

Suppliers must provide engineering consulting expertise in civil structures, infrastructure asset management, and motorway operations. Experience with French motorway concessions and end-of-service asset transition is essential.

Engineering consulting firms with demonstrated experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, and highway asset management should bid. Expertise in French public procurement and motorway systems is preferred.

The buyer is Ministère des Transports (MT) - Direction générale des infrastructures, des transports et des mobilités (DGITM) - Direction des mobilités routières (DMR) - Sous-direction des financements innovants et du contrôle des concessions autoroutières (FCA).
