This tender concerns training services on the prevention of gender-based and sexual violence and the promotion of professional gender equality for Inria staff. The training programme aims to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace aligned with gender equality principles.

Training providers must demonstrate expertise in gender equality, workplace harassment prevention, and adult education. Experience delivering similar programmes in research institutions or public organisations is required.

Training companies or consultancies specialising in workplace equality, diversity and inclusion, or occupational health and safety training should apply. Providers with public-sector experience are preferred.
