La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 8 lots et chaque lot fera l'objet d'un marché. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Les lots 06, 07 et 08 seront passés selon une procédure distincte de la présente consultation, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-8 ou L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique. Le marché entrera en vigueur à sa date de notification, et prendra fin à la fin de la garantie des prestations. Le délai d'exécution est précisé au calendrier prévisionnel. Ce délai s'insère dans le délai global d'exécution de 11 mois (y compris période de préparation). L'exécution des prestations du présent marché s'intègre dans l'opération de travaux de rénovation globale du centre de la mémoire.
