Le présent accord-cadre concerne la fourniture en location de stands et de mobiliere pour l'aménagement d’espaces évènementiels ainsi que les prestations d’installation associées pour les besoins des manifestations ayant lieu sur les sites du Palais des Congrès et du Parc des Expositions de Tours. L’objet de l’accord-cadre est de permettre à l’ACHETEUR de commander à son TITULAIRE, par voie de bons de commandes émis pendant la durée de validité de l’accord-cadre, des fournitures et/ou autres prestations : 1) Dont le libellé figure dans le bordereau des prix unitaires de l’accord-cadre (BPU) pour chacun des lots, 2) Dont le libellé ne figure pas dans ledit BPU mais dans la version (mise à jour) du catalogue du TITULAIRE, en vigueur à la date d’émission, par l’ACHETEUR, du ou des bons de commande.
