Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture de mobiliers et structures évènementiels ainsi que leurs accessoires et pièces détachées. L'acheteur public est la Centrale d'achat de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims. Les fournitures, objets du présent accord-cadre, répondent aux besoins actuels de la Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims et de la Ville de Reims et aux besoins éventuels des autres adhérents à la Centrale d’achat. Il se décompose en 2 lots. Le candidat a la possibilité de soumissionner pour un ou plusieurs lots. Chaque lot sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre, passé en application des articles R.2162-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique, et conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 400 000 € HT pour le lot 1 et à 200 000 € HT pour le lot 2, sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre. Chaque lot sera intégralement exécuté par émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la Commande Publique. Il est établi pour une durée de 48 mois à compter de sa date de notification, et au plus tôt le 1er octobre 2026. Il est résiliable annuellement à chaque date anniversaire par décision de la Centrale d’achat notifiée au titulaire par courrier/courriel avec accusé de réception deux (2) mois avant l’échéance de la période en cours. Cette dénonciation n’ouvre droit à aucune indemnité au titulaire.
