Le présent marché public a fait l’objet d’une première consultation (Parution au BOAMP : le 24/09/2025 - Annonce N°25-105375 - Parution au JOUE : le 24/09/2025 - Annonce N°625840-2025). Cette consultation a été déclarée sans suite pour motif d’intérêt général fondé sur une redéfinition du besoin. Ainsi, le présent marché public est relancé en procédure adaptée en application des articles L2123-1, 2°, R2123-1, 3° (services sociaux et autres services spécifiques) du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s’agit d’un marché public unique (pas de lot). Le marché public est un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L’accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec maximum exprimé en valeur pour toute sa durée de validité au sens de l’article R2162-4, 2° du code de la commande publique. Montant maximum pour toute la durée du marché public : 1 650 000€ HT. Le marché public est mono-attributaire. Le marché public est traité à prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU).
