Le présent projet vise à concevoir et déployer un jeu territorial numérique sur plusieurs sites touristiques de Normandie, afin de proposer un dispositif de découverte des sites fondé sur le jeu. Attribution d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire par lot. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le lot n°1 s'exécutera par le biais d'un accord-cadre hybride et composite comprenant distinctement une partie s'exécutant via un marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire, un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents et un accord-cadre à bons de commandes. Le détail de la répartition des prestations est disponible dans les documents du dossier de consultation. Le lot n°02 s'exécutera par le biais d'un accord-cadre à marché subséquents. La valeur estimé du marché (144 000,00 euro(s) HT) correspond aux montants cumulés maximums (tous lots et toutes périodes de reconduction incluses) des prestations s'exécutant par le biais d'un accord-cadre.
