La consultation est lancée par Appel d'Offres Ouvert en application des articles L 2121-2, R 2124-2 1° et R 2161-2 à R 2161-5 du CCP. La consultation fait l'objet d'un allotissement défini comme suit : -Lot n°1 - Fourniture et maintenance d'un système radio et de géolocalisation de la Direction de la Sûreté -Lot n°2 - Maintenance et assistance du système d'alerte PPMS Ces deux lots donneront lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à prix mixtes avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie unitaire sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel pour chacun des lots de 30 000 euro(s) HT.
