Le marché vise à externaliser l'ensemble des activités de reprographie des sièges de l'AFD, de PROPARCO et d'Expertise France (les trois sièges étant à Paris) en anticipant dès 2026 le déménagement à venir. La prestation sera réalisée dans les locaux du prestataire, avec son matériel et ses moyens humains.
