L’objet de ce marché consiste en la surveillance de la structure de la grande pyramide de Pei, construite en 1989 à l’occasion du grand Louvre. Cette structure étant unique au monde, elle fait l’objet d’une surveillance de contrôles continus et périodiques depuis sa mise en service. Dans le cadre du présent marché, le titulaire doit effectuer à titre forfaitaire l’exécution de ces prestations de contrôle à savoir l’exploitation du système de contrôle ainsi que sa maintenance en garantie totale. Il sera également réalisé des relevés de la structure. De plus, la réalisation d’analyses complémentaires de données devra permettre de s’assurer de l’absence d’impact lors, par exemple, de changement de vitrages via la réalisation de prestations à bons de commande. Les ouvrages auxquels s’appliquent les prestations, résident en : - la structure de la grande pyramide et son système de contrôle, - la paroi vitrée de la grande pyramide. L’ensemble des prestations attendues, leur étendue, les espaces concernés et les résultats attendus sont détaillés dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
