This tender concerns the appointment of a project management and architectural services provider for the construction of the Port Center Pavilion in Bordeaux. The project is managed by the Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux, and detailed mission descriptions and project specifications are provided in the technical and administrative clauses documents.

Suppliers must be qualified architectural or engineering firms capable of delivering project management services (Maîtrise d'OEuvre) for a significant construction project. Experience in port infrastructure or similar public building projects is expected.

Established architecture or engineering firms with demonstrated experience in project management and construction oversight, preferably with experience in port or maritime infrastructure.
