This framework agreement concerns the maintenance and support of telecommunications infrastructure, specifically a Cisco-Imagicle telephony ecosystem. Services include keeping the existing ecosystem operationally ready, updating and maintaining the on-premise environment (hardware and software), and supplying associated equipment.

Suppliers must demonstrate expertise in Cisco-Imagicle systems and on-premise telephony infrastructure maintenance. Experience with both hardware and software components of enterprise telephony ecosystems is essential.

Telecommunications infrastructure specialists or system integrators with proven experience in Cisco and Imagicle telephony solutions should apply.
