Le titulaire se voit confier les prestations suivantes : a/ La conception-réalisation d'un programme de rénovation énergétique portant sur le bâti et les installations techniques. A titre complémentaire, le programme comporte des travaux de réfection, d’amélioration et de modernisation des parties communes et du confort d’usage des parties privatives. Une option sur l’utilisation de matériaux biosourcés (bardage, isolant,…) est à prévoir.
