La présente consultation concerne la passation d'un marché de travaux ayant pour objet la construction de 41 logements pour le compte d'in'li, maitre d'ouvrage, propriétaire de l'ensemble de la résidence située 57 Quai de la Seine, 75019 PARIS. Le présent marché est passé selon une procédure formalisée avec négociations, conformément aux articles L.2124-3 et R.2124-3 4° du Code de la commande publique. Les principales étapes de la procédure avec négociation sont prévues aux articles R. 2161-12 à R. 2161-20 du Code de la commande publique. Par application de l'article L.2113-10 du Code de la commande publique, le présent marché est alloti. Il est décomposé en 7 lots Pour chacun des lots, trois (3) candidats seront sélectionnés à l'issue de la phase de candidature. Chaque lot du présent marché sera mono-attributaire : il sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique à l'issue de la phase offre Pour chaque lot, les travaux sont rémunérés par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire. A titre prévisionnel, le délai global d'exécution des travaux est de vingt-huit (28) mois. A titre indicatif, la date de prise d'effet du marché est estimée courant janvier 2026
