Il s'agit de prestations de fabrication et pose de panneaux d'accueil et d'information dits « totems » dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre du Réseau Points-Noeuds du Bassin Minier. Des totems seront ainsi posés dans chaque aire d'accueil dite « Top Départ ». Chaque totem comportera une cartographie et des éléments touristiques liés à la zone d'implantation. Chaque totem est composé d'un support et d'un panneau imprimé. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire, conclu avec un (1) (seul) opérateur économique par lot. Il sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.
