La présente consultation concerne les prestations relatives au nettoyage des locaux de Grenoble-Alpes Métropole. L'objet de l'accord-cadre concerne l'exécution des prestations de nettoyage de divers locaux occupés par les agents de Grenoble- Alpes Métropole. Il s'agit des prestations de nettoyage nécessaires à la conservation de l'aspect et de l'hygiène des locaux et à la préservation du confort du personnel et éventuellement du public reçu dans les divers sites. Les prestations définies au CCTP sont réparties en 5 lots. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande conclu pour un période initiale de 1 an à compter du 1er janvier 2027, ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci intervient après le 1er janvier 2027, reconductible pour trois périodes de 1 an dans les conditions précisées dans le CCAP. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires selon les quantités réellement exécutées du bordereau des prix unitaires
