Le marché a pour objet la fourniture de dispositif médical d’hémoadsorption extracorporelle pour chirurgie cardio-thoracique pour le Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne dont l' établissement partie bénéficiaire est le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Reims. Le marché prend la forme d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande au sens du 2e alinéa de l’article R.2162-2 du Code de la commande publique, lequel est exécuté par l’émission de bons de commandes successifs dans les conditions prévues aux articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché à bons de commande est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Le marché à bons de commande est conclu sans minimum mais avec un maximum. Le montant annuel maximum ne pourra excéder 400% du montant déterminé par l'application des prix unitaires aux quantités estimatives. Les quantités estimatives annuelles sont fixées dans le catalogue des besoins annexé au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (annexe n° 2 au CCTP). Le marché n’est pas alloti.
