La présente consultation concerne des prestations de travaux concourant à la réhabilitation du bâtiment "Cité culturelle" de l'Etablissement public de santé Barthélemy Durand. Il s'agit de donner naissance à un tiers-lieu, ou lieu culturel hybride, en plein coeur du site d'hospitalisation d'Etampes : « La cité culturelle ».
