Lot n°1 : Missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre et missions complémentaires : Assainissement et eau potable Lot n°2 : Missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre et missions complémentaires : Cours d'eau et milieux humides Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est destiné aux marchés de maîtrise d'oeuvre dont l'estimation est supérieure au seuil des marchés sans publicité ni mise en concurrence. Il sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les sous-critères retenus pour le jugement des offres sont définis dans le règlement de la consultation. Les critères d'attribution des marchés subséquents figurent au Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières. Pendant la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre, les marchés subséquents sont attribués après remise en concurrence des titulaires du (des) lot(s) correspondant à l'objet du marché subséquent. Cette remise en concurrence intervient lors de la survenance du besoin. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. La forme, ainsi que les caractéristiques des prix des prestations seront déterminées par chaque marché subséquent. Les prix pourront être modifiés lors de chaque remise en concurrence sans toutefois dépasser les taux et montants maxima figurant aux référentiels des prix plafonds. Les prix sont fermes la première année puis révisables annuellement par période de reconduction à la date anniversaire de l'accord-cadre. Les taux ne font pas l'objet de révision
