La présente consultation a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d’assistance sociale du travail pour les agents du Centre INRAE Occitanie-Toulouse. L’assistant(e) de service social assure l’accueil, l’écoute, l’information, le conseil, l’orientation, l’analyse des demandes et la recherche de la solution la mieux adaptée à la personne concernée dans le cadre d’une relation de confiance et en tenant compte de ses potentialités, de ses besoins et de son environnement personnel et/ou professionnel. Il/elle conduit des entretiens individuels avec les agents qui le souhaitent ou à la demande de l’administration. Il/elle est l’interlocuteur des acteurs RH locaux (points réguliers avec la RRH, participation aux cellules RH de centre, présentation du bilan annuel en CSAS). Il/elle fait remonter des besoins spécifiques pour mettre en place des actions collectives de sensibilisation. Il/elle participe au réseau national des AS de l’établissement, au séminaire annuel. Il/elle produit un rapport d’activité annuel et contribue à la veille sociale.
