Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire composé de 18 lots faisant chacun l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par application d'un prix global forfaitaire. Les lots 00A et 00B sont des marchés mixtes car ils comportent une partie marché ordinaire dont les prestations sont rémunérées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire, et une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande dont les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix du BPU. Les prestations sont réparties en 4 phases et le lot 11 est composé d'une tranche ferme et d'une tranche optionnelle tel qu'indiqué au CCAP. Ce marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'à expiration du délai de GPA ou à la levée de la dernière réserve si la réception est assortie de telles réserves. La durée prévisionnelle pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations est de 26 mois (hors GPA de 12 mois), comprise, une période de préparation de 2 mois
