This tender concerns accounting assistance services for the preparation and execution of financial statement closure for 2026–2029 within the inventory scope of the Aeronautical Maintenance Directorate (DMAé). The service provider will support year-end closing procedures, account reconciliation, and stock valuation activities for a French ministerial agency.

Suppliers must possess demonstrated expertise in accounting closure processes, inventory management, and financial statement preparation. Experience with public-sector or large-scale organizational accounting is essential. Knowledge of French accounting standards and ministerial reporting requirements is required.

Accounting or management consulting firms with proven experience in financial statement closure and inventory accounting should apply. Mid-sized to large firms with public-sector experience are preferred.
