Le présent marché concerne les prestations de façonnage et d'impression de supports usuels de communication et d'impression d'affiches. La description technique figure dans le CCTP Le marché ne comporte pas de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles. Le marché est établi pour une durée de 1 an ferme à compter de la date de commencement stipulée dans la notification/ordre de service. A l'issue de la période initiale, le marché pourra être renouvelé 2 fois 1 an par reconduction tacite. Le titulaire sera informé de la décision de ne pas reconduire le marché par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception au minimum 4 mois avant l'échéance annuelle ; le titulaire ne pourra prétendre au versement d'aucune indemnité en cas de non-reconduction du marché. Le silence du Pouvoir adjudicateur vaudra reconduction tacite et le titulaire ne pourra s'y opposer. Les bons de commande pourront être émis jusqu'au terme du marché entrainant l'exécution et le paiement après l'échéance du marché
