L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation concerne l'exécution de missions d'Ordonnancement, de Pilotage et de Coordination (OPC) sur les Opérations d'Aménagement (OPC-Opération d'Aménagement), les Interventions Concessionnaires (OPC-Concessionnaires) et la Coordination Inter-Chantier (OPC-IC) dans le cadre de projets d'aménagement d'espaces publics situés sur le territoire de Toulouse Métropole pour les années 2026 à 2030. Les opérations faisant l'objet de bons de commande auront des périmètres et des niveaux de prestations très variées. Il s'agira d'intervenir sur des aménagements de voirie et d'espaces publics de nature variée, allant de la voirie courante à des opérations situées dans des secteurs à forte animation urbaine ou intégrées à de grands projets métropolitains. Les missions couvriront notamment : - La voirie et les espaces publics : aménagements de voirie, création ou requalification d'espaces verts, réalisation de réseaux et d'ouvrages d'art. - Les secteurs de centralité à forte fréquentation : Coeurs de quartier, Coeurs de ville, rues commerçantes, places et placettes. - Les périmètres des grands projets urbains : - opérations du Grand Parc Garonne (dont la coordination inter chantier sur l'Île du Ramier et les aménagements de Garonne Aval) ; - opérations du Grand Parc Canal (requalification des abords du canal de Brienne, du canal du Midi et du canal Latéral) ; - projets de Renouvellement Urbain ; - aménagements liés à la Jonction Est.
