This framework agreement concerns the supply, delivery and management of meal vouchers (chèques-repas) for all staff of Établissement Public d'Aménagement Paris Saclay. The contract is single-supplier with a maximum budget of €230,000 excluding tax.

Suppliers must be capable of supplying and managing meal vouchers at scale for a public-sector workforce. Experience in restaurant voucher distribution and administration is essential.

Companies specializing in meal voucher services, employee benefits administration, or restaurant ticket providers should apply. Established providers with experience in the French market are preferred.
