Le marché sera exécuté sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (maximum 3 titulaires par lot) avec marchés subséquents, pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de sa notification. Il est composé de 3 lots : - Lot 1 : Bacs à roulettes « 4 roues » - Lot 2 : Colonnes aériennes et semi-enterrées tous flux - Lot 3 : Colonnes enterrées tous flux. Ces 3 lots font l'objet d'une nouvelle consultation. En effet, par 2 ordonnances du 10 décembre 2025, le juge des référés du tribunal administratif de Marseille a annulé la 1e procédure des lots 2 et 3 pour manquement aux obligations d'égalité des candidats et du respect du principe de transparence en ce que le prix n'était pas contractuel mais indicatif. La procédure du lot n°1 a été classée sans suite par procès-verbal en date du 19 janvier 2026 du Vice-Président délégué au suivi de la commande publique pour motif d'intérêt général justifié par le risque de contentieux suite au motif retenu par le Juge administratif dans les ordonnances précitées, ce même motif affectant le lot n°1
